Inala Disability Services is a not‑for‑profit Australian disability support organisation based in Cherrybrook, New South Wales that has been providing high‑quality, person‑centred care and support for adults living with disability for over 60 years. Inspired by the philosophies of Rudolf Steiner and founded by families in 1958, Inala’s mission is to celebrate individuality, foster community belonging and support each person’s aspirations and personal growth through respectful, collaborative relationships and tailored support. The organisation’s work is grounded in holistic care that values the uniqueness and potential of every individual it serves.
Inala offers a wide range of individualised disability supports and services designed to enhance wellbeing, independence and community participation. These include accommodation supports, day services and community access programs, skills‑building activities, creative and recreational programs, and other NDIS‑aligned supports such as assistance with daily living, support coordination and health‑related services. The organisation works closely with participants and families to design and deliver services that reflect personal goals and changing needs, helping clients live fulfilling lives with dignity and connection.
